Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING on all orders to all 50 U.S. states.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size and destination.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch (FREE; estimated, not guaranteed)
- Firewood & large orders: May ship via freight carrier. Delivery typically 5-10 business days.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders ship automatically on your selected schedule (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account on our website or via the Shop app.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at doubletreeforestproducts1@gmail.com and we will make it right. No questions asked.
